MICHAEL FRIEDBERG, O.D. Dr. Friedberg graduated from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 1979. He bought his first practice in the Medical Center where he
saw patients until 1983. At that time, he bought a practice in Alief. Under the name of Bissonnet Optical, he practiced there until 1993 when a fire forced him to move. Friedberg Vision Center in Stafford was started at
that time and Dr. Friedberg practiced there until 2003. In June, 2003, Dr. Friedberg moved his office to Sugar Land and began practicing under the name of Horizon Eye Care and Optical.Dr. Friedberg has been married
to his wife Linda for over 25 years. They have one son, Andrew, who is finishing his studies at Harvard Law School. Dr. Friedberg enjoys the theater, going out to dinner with friends, and working on his computer. He
has recently taken up golf and has reached a level of proficient inadequacy. Qualifications: Texas Board of Optometry, 1979
