HydroEyes
This is one of the best products I’ve seen for dry eye patients. I learned about it at a seminar when a doctor stood in front of the audience and said she thought she was going to have to retire from practice because her eyes were so dry she could not keep them open when speaking to her patients. She stated that since using HydroEye, she no longer had to use her artificial tears.
I thought that was an over-exaggerated statement to make, but I decided to take a bottle home to a family member. This family 
member has Sjögren’s Syndrome the hallmark of which is dry eye and dry mouth. She had long been on fish oil to help her dry eyes, but was still quite uncomfortable. Tranquileyes
Tranquileyes is a soft, flexible, foam padded goggle that can be used to help shelter the eyes from drying out while asleep. Not only does the heat provide a soothing experience, but it also helps promote a better flow of oils from the glands in the lids.

Moisture Releasing Eyewear
This stylish, lightweight frame utilizes two vented chambers containing foam. These chambers are soaked in water and then placed back into the frame where they are positioned to continuously release moisture around the eyes. A comfortable, foam padded gasket and adjustable nosepad helps seal the frame around the face creating a moisture chamber ideal for dry eyes.

Salese Lozenges
While not a dry eye product, I decided to include this wonderful lozenge because so many of my dry eye patients suffer from dry mouth as well (a hallmark of the autoimune disease called Sjögren's Syndrome).
The ingredients found in most mints are quickly washed away. Not so with Salese! These last a very long time and taste great (I've personally tried them). They are soft and pliable (like a gummy bear) and so, can sit comfortably in your mouth promoting fresh breath and salivary function. They are alcohol and sugar free.
